Kurnool: Mathagalla Chandrasekhar, also known as Chandra, from Kalugotla(V), Koilakuntla(M), committed the act of molesting a minor girl while she was on her way back from school. A case was filed against him on December 14, 2021, at Revanur Police Station. With the offense proven, the Hon’ble VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kurnool, who also serves as FAC Special Judge, sentenced the accused to five years of imprisonment under the POCSO Act, along with a fine of Rs. 15,000/-.
