Damoh: On Thursday midnight, information was received in the state level police control room dial-112/100 Bhopal that the caller’s car had run out of fuel on the highway road near Surkhi under Kumhari police station of district Damoh. Other family members are also there. Police assistance is required. District dial-112/100 staff was sent after giving details of information. Dial-112/100 staff reached the spot and found that the caller was going from Maihar to Bhopal with his family when his car ran out of fuel in a deserted area. When there was apprehension of some untoward incident and no other help was available, he called dial-112/100 and sought police help. The police staff provided fuel to the caller and sent him to a safe destination.
