North Goa: On the 22nd of November 2023, a comprehensive meeting transpired between the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) in Porvorim and the Police Inspector (PI) in Calangute. The focal point of this gathering was the assembly of approximately 50 hoteliers hailing from the Calangute and Candolim areas. The primary agenda of this gathering was to enlighten and apprise the hoteliers about crucial security aspects pertaining to their establishments.
During this convened session, the SDPO and PI took the opportunity to disseminate invaluable insights and recommendations concerning security protocols. The hoteliers were meticulously briefed on various security measures, with a focus on enhancing the safety and well-being of their premises.
In addition to the dissemination of security-related information, the SDPO and PI also issued a detailed advisory to the attentive audience of hoteliers. This advisory encompassed a spectrum of security considerations, aiming to empower the hoteliers with the knowledge and tools necessary to fortify the security infrastructure within their respective establishments.
