Srikakulam: Under the diligent supervision of District SP Ms. GR Radhika IPS, and with the strategic direction provided by Additional SP VN Manikantha from the Special Enforcement Bureau, a thorough and extensive operation was carried out today in Kariyapalli village of Mandasa mandal. The operation was specifically planned in anticipation of the upcoming general elections and the approaching festivals.
The primary focus of the operation was on eradicating illicit activities, and during the course of the operation, a substantial quantity of 4400 liters of fermented jaggery was discovered and subsequently destroyed. This decisive action aimed to curtail any potential misuse or distribution of the fermented jaggery during the sensitive period leading up to the general elections and festivals.
Moreover, the Special Enforcement Bureau Police, in the course of their efforts, successfully seized 120 liters of Natu Sarai, underscoring their commitment to ensuring public safety and law enforcement. Subsequently, a case was registered to address the unlawful possession and distribution of Natu Sarai.
