Manipur: On March 5, 2024, Manipur Police apprehended Thokchom Iboyaima Singh (42 years old), also known as Boyai, an active member of the KCP (Lamyanba Khuman) Organization, in Imphal West. Singh was implicated in extorting money from numerous businessmen and members of the public. Additionally, authorities seized three mobile phones, Rs 8,200 in cash, an Aadhaar card, and a four-wheeler vehicle from his possession. A case has been filed for ongoing inquiry into the matter.
