Alluri Sitharama Raju: Based on credible information, the Mothugudem Police Station of the Chinturu circle apprehended four individuals in two separate cases for illegally transporting ganja during a vehicle check. The police seized 800 kg of ganja worth ₹40 lakh, an Eicher truck, and a Honda Amaze from the accused. DGP Ch. Dwaraka Tirumala Rao IPS commended the Alluri Sitharama Raju (ASR) District Police for capturing the ganja smugglers.
