Agra: Under the direction of DCP West Agra, and as part of the ongoing Mission Shakti campaign aimed at promoting women’s safety and empowerment, the teams from Jagner Police Station and Malpura Police Station conducted extensive awareness sessions with girl students in their respective jurisdictions. These initiatives focused on educating the students about crucial safety measures and providing them with detailed information on various helpline numbers specifically designed to address issues related to child safety, women’s rights, and empowerment. The awareness campaign highlighted the importance of using these helplines in situations of distress, harassment, or any form of violence, ensuring that the students were equipped with the knowledge and resources to seek immediate assistance when needed. The police teams emphasized the role of these helplines as vital tools in safeguarding their well-being, aligning with the broader objectives of the Mission Shakti program to empower young women and promote a safer community for them.
