India: The Police perform their duties risking their lives for the society. Sometimes they are martyred in order to face the forces of anarchy. They protect the society from anti-social forces by doing jobs day and night. Police Martyrs Memorial Day is observed in the country on OCT 21 every year to honor those who died in the line of duty and to emulate their lives by young policemen.
