Odisha, Boudh: Late last night, a concerned caller dialed 112 to report a severe car accident near Charichhak in Boudh district. The caller informed authorities that four individuals were critically injured and trapped inside the vehicle, which had sustained major damage in the collision. Additionally, the details of the incident were shared with Sankrant authorities to facilitate further assistance.
Understanding the critical nature of the situation, the ERSS team immediately notified the nearest fire service unit, urging swift action. The fire service team responded without delay, dispatching a rescue crew equipped with necessary tools and equipment to the accident site. Upon arrival, the team assessed the situation and carefully executed a rescue operation, extracting each of the four injured persons from the wreckage with utmost caution. The injured individuals received preliminary medical aid at the scene before being swiftly transported to the nearest hospital for further treatment. Thanks to the quick coordination and timely response of ERSS and the fire service, all four victims were safely rescued and received immediate medical attention.
