West Bengal, Purba Bardhaman: On December 24, 2024, a 19-year-old youth was found behaving suspiciously at the Guskara bus stand under the jurisdiction of Aushgram police station in Purba Burdwan. The mobile officer from Aushgram police station, upon questioning, determined that the boy appeared to be mentally unstable. For his safety, he was taken into custody at the Guskara Beat House. During observation, a partially erased mobile number was noticed on his right hand. By piecing together the digits, the officer successfully identified the number and contacted the boy’s father. It was then confirmed that the youth was from Kesharia in Champaran, Bihar. Today, the boy’s father arrived at the police station, and after completing the necessary formalities, the boy was handed over to him.
