Telangana, Hyderabad City: The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with grandeur at the Hyderabad City Police Commissioner’s Office, ICCC Building, Banjara Hills, Road No. 12, Hyderabad. Smt. Parimala Hana Nutan, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police (Administration), Hyderabad, unfurled the national flag, followed by the collective singing of the national anthem.
Addressing the gathering, Smt. Parimala Hana Nutan highlighted that the Constitution of India came into effect on January 26, 1950, marking this day as Republic Day each year. She emphasized that the police force is committed to serving the public in a democratic manner, upholding the principles of the Constitution. She further stated that collective efforts are essential for effective public service and extended Republic Day greetings to all staff members of the Police Commissioner’s office.
The event was attended by K. Pushpa Reddy, IPS, DCP ICCC; K. Ravinder Reddy, Additional DCP ICCC; Satish, PS to CP Hyderabad; Sri M. Narsing Rao, DSP ICCC; Sri R. Gangaram, DSP ICCC; K.
