Himachal Pradesh, Mandi: LC Arti Devi of CID Cyber Crime, Mandi District, has been awarded the prestigious Cyber Badge 2025 in recognition of her outstanding contributions in the field of cybercrime investigation. Her relentless dedication and sharp investigative skills have played a crucial role in solving complex cyber cases and safeguarding digital integrity.
LC Arti Devi has led several high-profile investigations, including cases of blackmail, hacking, and the misuse of social media platforms. Among her key achievements is the successful takedown of a pornographic website linked to Lambathach College, a significant breakthrough in the fight against online exploitation.
She was instrumental in recovering hacked Facebook pages of prominent figures including the Deputy Commissioner of Kullu and former Chief Minister Shri Jairam Thakur, as well as removing fake profiles and inappropriate content from social media.
In addition to her investigative work, LC Arti Devi has contributed immensely to cyber awareness and capacity-building. She has conducted online training sessions for police stations across the region and actively participated in cyber awareness programs aimed at educating the public on digital safety.
Further strengthening her expertise, she completed a cyber-forensic course at the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) in Delhi.
