Vijayawada City, Andhra Pradesh, May 21: As part of ongoing efforts to enhance police infrastructure and public service delivery, City Police Commissioner Shri S.V. Rajasekhar Babu, IPS, conducted an inspection of the newly constructed Satyaranayanapuram Police Station building today.
The state-of-the-art facility, designed to improve operational efficiency and provide a citizen-friendly environment, is equipped with modern amenities including designated offices for the Inspector and Sub-Inspector, advanced computer rooms, lock-up cells, and comfortable waiting areas for complainants and visitors.
During his visit, the Commissioner closely reviewed the arrangements across various sections of the new building and offered valuable guidance and suggestions for further improvements. The new station is expected to be inaugurated soon, marking a significant step toward modern policing in the city.
Accompanying the Commissioner were North ACP Smt. K. Sravanthi Rai, Inspector Shri Lakshminarayana, and other officers and staff, all of whom actively participated in the inspection process.
The new facility reflects the department’s commitment to strengthening law enforcement infrastructure and improving public-police interface for better service delivery.
