Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, June 23, 2025: In a pioneering step toward the digital integration of the criminal justice system, Madhya Pradesh has become the first state in the country to organize a comprehensive workshop on the implementation of the Interoperable Criminal Justice System (ICJS). The landmark event, titled “ICJS Implementation and Digital Integration”, was held at Kushabhau Thackeray Auditorium (Minto Hall), Bhopal, bringing together all five key pillars of the ICJS—Police, Prosecution, Courts, Jails, Forensics, and Health—on a single platform.

The workshop was conducted under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Yadav, with continuous strategic guidance from Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain and Director General of Police Shri Kailash Makwana. It was organized by the State Crime Records Bureau (SCRB) of Madhya Pradesh Police Headquarters, marking a significant milestone in the state’s journey toward smart policing and judicial efficiency.
