Patna, Bihar, July 7: Marking the successful completion of three years of the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) Dial-112 service, Director General of Police, Bihar, Shri Vinay Kumar visited the ERSS centre and honoured police officers and personnel who demonstrated exceptional service and dedication.
During the event, certificates of appreciation were presented to commend the outstanding contributions of officers involved in emergency response operations. The ceremony reflected the department’s commitment to swift, technology-driven policing and public safety.
The occasion was graced by Additional Director General of Police (Fibre and Technical Services) Shri Nirmal Kumar Azad, Deputy Inspector General of Police, and other senior officers and dignitaries, who appreciated the tireless efforts of the personnel operating under the Dial-112 system.
