En Thangachikku Kalyanam, a short film made by city-based policeman Rakki Mahesh aka Mr. C. Maheswaran (51), not only depicts the dangers of drunk driving, but also its social impacts. The short film, running for a duration of 13 minutes, begins with the wedding preparations of a woman and her elder brother going out with friends in a car to receive the groom and party.
