Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, August 30: The Police Headquarters family organized a heartfelt farewell ceremony on Friday to honor three dedicated employees who retired in the month of August from various branches of the department. The event was held in the conference hall of the new Police Headquarters building and attended by senior officers, staff, and family members of the retirees.
Special Director General of Police Shri Anil Kumar led the ceremony, presenting mementos and plants to the retiring employees as a mark of respect for their long and distinguished service. Orders for the payment of retirement claims were also handed over, ensuring that all benefits reach the officers without delay.
Those who retired this month include:
* Honorary Deputy Superintendent of Police Nawab Khan (Training Branch)
* Acting Numerical/Subedar (M) Jagdish Narayan Sharma (Special Branch)
* Acting Deputy Inspector Budhhesingh Baghel (Special Branch)
Inspector General of Police Dr. Ashish, Assistant Inspector General of Police Shri Irmin Shah, and several senior officers highlighted the contributions of the retiring officials. AIG Irmin Shah recalled their careers in detail, praising their commitment, professionalism, and dedication to duty.
In his address, SDG Anil Kumar extended warm wishes to the retirees, encouraging them to embrace a peaceful and healthy post-retirement life. He also underlined the importance of recognizing the invaluable service of officers who spend decades safeguarding society and contributing to the strength of the police force.
The farewell ceremony concluded with heartfelt appreciation from colleagues and family members, who joined in acknowledging the hard work, discipline, and integrity demonstrated by the retiring officers throughout their careers.
