Rachakonda, Telangana: As part of its commitment to public welfare, the Rachakonda Security Council (RKSC), in collaboration with the Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, successfully organized a two-day Mega Health Camp and STEM Education Program at ZPHS Jalalpur, Bommalaramaram Mandal, on September 8th and 9th, 2025.
Under the leadership of RKSC Chairman Shri G. Sudheer Babu, IPS, and Vice Chairman Shri P. Sudhakar, GM, Divis Laboratories, the initiative brought together healthcare, education, and community service under one platform.
The camp, held from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, witnessed enthusiastic participation from women, children, and the elderly. Renowned hospitals extended their expertise, including Basavatarakam Hospital (cancer screening, ultrasound, mammogram, consultations), Solis Eye Care Hospital (eye care services), MAA ENT Hospital (ENT treatments), Smile Guard Dental Hospital (dental services, oral cancer screening), and Genea Hospital (ECG, cardiology, and diabetes tests). Forty dedicated volunteers, led by Shri Manivardhan Reddy of SNISINSS, ensured smooth conduct of the camp.
Adding to this social initiative, RKSC, in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), launched a STEM education program to inspire government school students and teachers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Special sessions were also designed to promote basic scientific knowledge among women above 15 years of age.
Senior officers from Rachakonda Police, including Bhuvanagiri DCP Shri Akshansh Yadav, IPS (Convenor Social Outreach, RKSC), Bhuvanagiri ACP Shri K. Rahul Reddy, IPS, Bhuvanagiri Rural CI Shri N. Chandrababu, and Bommalaramaram NHO Shri Srisailam Yadav, graced the occasion and extended their encouragement. From RKSC, General Secretary Shri Raghuveer, Joint Secretary & CDC Director Shri Vasudev Rao, and Chief Coordinator Smt. M. Savitri participated.
Representatives from the Education Department, including Bommalaramaram MEO Smt. D. Rojarani and ZPHS Head Mistress Smt. P. Nirmala Jyothi, also joined in support.
The initiative, seamlessly combining healthcare and educational empowerment, was widely appreciated by the community. The Rachakonda Police’s people-centric approach once again highlighted their commitment to public service, welfare, and empowerment beyond policing.
