Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, November 3: A public grievance redressal program was organized at the District Police Office, Srikakulam, on Monday under the supervision of District Superintendent of Police, Sri K.V. Maheshwara Reddy, IPS.
During the program, the SP personally interacted with citizens, received their petitions, and immediately communicated with the concerned officers over the phone to initiate necessary remedial measures.
Speaking on the occasion, SP Sri K.V. Maheshwara Reddy emphasized that every complaint received from the public should be handled promptly and effectively to ensure justice and maintain public trust in the police system.
He reiterated that police officers at all levels must respond swiftly and sensitively to citizen grievances and take appropriate action without delay.
