Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu: District Superintendent of Police Mr. S. Jayakumar, I.P.S, chaired a high-level consultation meeting at the Cuddalore District Police Office with police officers and government lawyers to enhance coordination between investigation and prosecution.
During the meeting, the SP emphasized that investigations must be carried out strictly in accordance with legal procedures so that culprits are convicted without delay. He also instructed officers to expedite pending court cases and ensure that evidence is presented effectively to secure strict punishment for criminals.
The meeting saw the participation of Additional Superintendents of Police Mr. Koteeswaran and Mr. Raghupathi, Deputy Director of Crime Mr. Vaidyanathan, Government Legal Counsel Mr. Raman and Assistant Government Lawyers of Cuddalore district.
The initiative reflects the police department’s strong commitment to justice delivery, professionalism, and public safety.
