Bishnupur, Manipur, December 6, 2025: In a significant boost to ongoing counter-insurgency efforts, security forces successfully apprehended an active cadre of the KCP (Nongdrenkhomba) on Saturday from Ningthoukhong Mathak Leikai under Bishnupur Police Station limits.
The arrested individual has been identified as Haobijam Ningtamba Meitei (31), a resident of Thanga Karang Maning Leikai in Bishnupur district. During the operation, the team recovered a mobile phone and a voter ID card, which were seized for further investigation.
