Surat City, Gujarat: The Godadara Police of Surat city have initiated strict action under the Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organized Crime (GUJCTOC) Act, 2015 against the main accused Shivakant and his associates, members of the notorious Shiva Takla gang, in connection with a serious double murder case registered within the limits of Godadara Police Station.
The accused are alleged to be part of an organized criminal gang involved in grave offences, posing a serious threat to public safety and law and order. By invoking the GUJCTOC Act, the Surat Police aim to effectively curb organized crime and ensure stringent legal action against those involved in heinous offences.
