Thrissur, Kerala: In a progressive step to address the grievances of police personnel, State Police Chief Shri Rawada Azad Chandra Shekhar will conduct an online adalat for serving and retired police officers of Thrissur City, Thrissur Rural and Wayanad police districts on February 28 at 11.00 am.

The programme, titled “SPC Talks with Cops,” provides a unique platform where police officers can directly present their grievances to the State Police Chief without routing them through superior officers. This initiative reflects the department’s commitment to transparent, people-friendly and employee-centric administration.

The State Police Chief will personally hear the complaints during the online adalat and suggest appropriate solutions. The initiative has been widely welcomed within the force as a positive step towards resolving issues, boosting morale and strengthening trust between leadership and personnel.
