Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh: Emphasizing prompt and effective resolution of public issues, SP K. V. Maheshwara Reddy directed police officers to address public grievances without delay or negligence, ensuring justice and satisfaction to complainants.
During the Public Grievance Redressal Programme held at the District Police Office, the Srikakulam District Police received 55 complaints covering issues such as family disputes, fraud, property matters, cyber cases, and other concerns.
The SP personally interacted with the complainants, carefully listened to their problems, and assured them of thorough and lawful resolution. All complaints were immediately communicated to the concerned officers through a Zoom conference, with clear instructions to take prompt action.
Officials were further directed to submit action-taken reports within a stipulated timeframe, ensuring accountability and transparency in grievance handling.
This initiative highlights the police department’s commitment to people-centric policing, timely justice, and strengthening public trust.
