Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh: Reinforcing the principles of people-centric policing, IPS officer Ajay Sahni, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Bareilly Range, personally heard complaints from members of the public during a public grievance hearing held at the Range Office.
During the session, the DIG patiently listened to the concerns raised by citizens and issued necessary directions to the concerned police officials to ensure their prompt, fair, and effective resolution. He emphasized timely action, accountability, and quality disposal of complaints to provide meaningful relief to the public.
