Mysore, Karnataka: Auto driver Pawan displayed exemplary honesty by returning a bag containing ₹5 lakh that a young woman had accidentally left in his auto-rickshaw. The money had been collected from her friends and relatives for her wedding expenses.
The bag was handed over to the woman in the presence of police. Recognising his commendable act of honesty, Inspector Lav of Vijayanagara Police Station, Mysuru, felicitated Pawan.
His integrity and sense of responsibility have earned appreciation from the police and the public. A proud salute to Pawan for his exemplary honesty and service to society.
