Dindigul, Tamil Nadu: Acting on the instructions of Dindigul District Superintendent of Police Jayakumar, village awareness committee meetings led by local police personnel were held today for the public across rural areas within the limits of all police stations in the district. During these awareness programs, the police educated the public on topics such as cybercrimes and online trading scams, the use of the cybercrime helpline number (1930) to report such fraud, and the importance of eradicating drug abuse.
