Dindigul, Tamil Nadu: A “Social Justice Day Pledge” ceremony was held today (17.09.2026) at the Dindigul District Police Office, presided over by District Superintendent of Police Jayakumar. Ministerial staff and police personnel participated in the event. They took the following pledge: “I will adopt the compassionate principle that ‘all lives are equal by birth’ and the inclusive ethos that ‘every place is my hometown and everyone is my kin’ as my guiding principles in life. My actions will be characterized by self-respect, competence, and a rational outlook. I will dedicate myself to the ideals of equality, fraternity, and egalitarianism. I will always cherish humanity and humanitarian values. On this day, I pledge to build a society founded upon social justice!”
