Tiruvallur: Tiruvallur District Assistant Superintendent of Police Mr.Pawan Kumar, IPS conducted meeting regarding controlling of chain snatching and robbery, explained to the ponneri people.
People of ponneri said that the illegal selling of cannabis in the Ponneri surrounding areas, need to be controlled by the police. Similarly the participants requested the Police to provide the CSR copy in connection with chain snatching cases immediately.
District Additional Superintendent of Police Mr.Pawan Kumar, IPS, said that the ponneri people could contact me directly, in case action is not taken regarding the complaints.
The ASP of ponneri also announced that stringent action will be taken against the Police officers who showed the negligence of the complaint.
The ASP advised that business establishments, residences, schools, colleges, wedding halls and theaters should install surveillance cameras.
In this event the doctor from Ponneri Government Hospital Dr. Anu Ratna was honored. The participants included D.L. Shivalingam, Janardhanan, JVN Kumar, Raja, Suresh Kumar, Nandan Chelladurai and Balasubramani.
