In this connection victim minor girl gave a complaint in Ramanathapuram AWPS and a case was registered in Cr.No. 05/13 u/s 450, 506(i) IPC & 5(1) r/w 6 of POCSO Act. Ramanathapuram All women police had filed a charge-sheet and holding the prosecution. The prosecution has proved that the offence beyond any reasonable doubt, on 13.03.2019. Hon’ble Justice Tmt.Kayalvizhi, District court, i/c.Mahila court, Ramanathapuram, has pronounced a sentence 10 years imprisonment to accused Dinesh Babu (24). The court also fined of Rs.60,000/- to the accused.
