GUWAHATI: The Noonmati police station personal arrested the absconding accused in molestation case on September 2018. The police on receiving the information about a minor aged 15 being molested immediately moved into action and arrested the auto-rickshaw driver on September 2018 but his accomplice Bhubenaswar Das managed to flee the spot but he was arrested on Friday night. Bhubenaswar Das on whom cases were previously registered against him under section527/18, section 363 IPC and section 10 of POCSO Act were tried in the court on the above-mentioned sections.]]>
