Bengaluru: The Bengaluru Police have arrested a man working in a private organization for sexual misbehavior with a young woman who had come to the firm to do her internship. The young woman aged 26 had come to the private organization in the city for an internship which is part of her academic curriculum and she was staying in paying guest accommodation. She said that she came across the accused, Nabeel who was also working in the same company where she had come to do her internship. On the day of the incident which was on June 10, Nabeel took her on a drive in his car leading to the airport. On the way, he stopped the car at a place where there was no movement of people and sexually assaulted her and she was later abandoned on a deserted stretch around 9 p.m. by the accused, who fled the spot. This was the complaint that she had given to the police Banaswadi police on Sunday. After reaching her accommodation she called her parents and told them her whole story and returned to her native place. On receiving the complaint the Banaswadi police with the assistance of the Mico Layout police arrested the accused on Monday. A case has been filed against the accused on charges of rape and taken into custody. ]]>
