Chennai: The victim, Sridhar aged 52, an auto driver, had taken a loan of Rs.5000/- from his friend Vasu aged 38 and had promised him that he would return the money on a daily basis by repaying him Rs.50/- per day and he had repaid him Rs.2500/-. In a quarrel that broke out among the two regarding the non-payment of the remaining money, Vasu attacked Sridhar with a can and he succumbed to his injuries later at the Government Stanley Medical College Hospital. Following the death of Sridhar the Police arrested Vasu in connection with the murder of Sridhar.]]>
