LUCKNOW: On Wednesday, Police registered an FIR according to the complaint made by the victim against her father and seven others of physical abuse and threat. They sexually harassed her for the reason she married a man who belonged to another religion. According to an FIR she lodged, her father was a massive alcoholic consumer who compelled her to indulge in immoral activity with other men for monetary benefits since 2017. She also alleged that her refusal to involve in the immoral act made her receive severe punishment. AT certain instances, she was locked up in the room and being forced to starve for days. In 2018, in the month of January, the victim managed to escape from home and got married with the Muslim man she loved. The couple has a six month-old son. Yet, father continued to harass her mentally and physically. Last month, on 22nd he and his accomplices allegedly entered into her house and molested her at gunpoint.
