JAIPUR: A case had been registered against Rafiq who caused a fatal axe attack on a vendor. The security forces were deployed to bring normalcy in the area. Indiscriminate stone pelting of a mob at a police station caused damages on vehicles and left nine people injured. Out of nine, seven were policemen. To disperse the angry mob police took the help of baton. The violence began when a mentally challenged man attacked a hawker during a futile argument in Khonagorian of Jaipur. Rafiq had involved in an argument with a hawker, Munna Vaishnav. Enraged by the words of Munna, he attacked him during argument. In the meantime, situation turned into pathetic situation. Moreover, a group of people turned violent and pelted stones at a police station. They damaged a police vehicle. Police found that a former BJP MLA Kailash Verman also received injury and was admitted to a state-run hospital. The situation is under control now. ]]>
