New Delhi: The Delhi Police has arrested the accused who raped and then strangulated and murdered a 55-year-old woman in North Delhi’s Gulabi Bagh in the early hours of Saturday, the police said. The accused was a 22-year-old man and he was under the influence of alcohol during the incident. He has been sent to jail.
