Bengaluru: On Sunday as an auto-rickshaw driver was going about in his vehicle to make his day he found a man who snatched a jewel from a woman trying to get away with the stolen product, the auto-rickshaw driver chased the accused and after managing to catch him returned the stolen jewelry safely back to the woman. The entire incident was caught on CCTV cameras. This incident took place on the busy Marathahalli junction on Sunday. On hearing about the brave act DCP Whitefield Mr. MN Anucheth on behalf of the Bengaluru Police rewarded the auto-rickshaw driver, Mr. Hanumanth with a cash reward of Rs.10, 000/- for his bravery.
