Chandigarh– Haryana Director General of Police (DGP) Mr. Manoj Yadav has greeted the citizens of the state and all the officers of Haryana Police, soldiers and their families on the occasion of New Year. In a message on the eve of New Year, Mr. Yadav extended his hearty greetings and best wishes to all the people for the new year and hoped that the coming year 2020 will bring peace and prosperity for the citizens of the state. While congratulating all the officers and employees of Haryana Police, the DGP said that the coming year should fulfill the aspirations of all of you. Due to the hard work and dedication of all of you, a state of law and order is maintained in the state which creates a sense of security among all citizens.
The DGP said that Haryana Police is committed to ensuring the safety of the people of the state, especially the weaker sections of the society. He directed all the officers and jawans of Haryana Police to discharge their duties with honesty and utmost dedication for the new year so that people can welcome the new year in a warm and peaceful manner. He also wished to cooperate with the people of the state to ensure a safe and peaceful entry into the new year 2020. This will be the priority.
Describing priorities in the year 2020, the DGP said that Haryana Police will focus on new technologies to further strengthen professional policing in 2020 to provide better services to the public. He also hoped that all the Haryana Police personnel would bring more positive changes in their behavior to ensure a better public image of the police force. He said that this will not only help in strengthening the police-public-relation in the society but will also strengthen the positive public perception regarding the competence and commitment of the state police force.
