Secunderabad, Telangana: The Chilkalguda Police Station registered a case of abetment of suicide and swiftly arrested the accused in connection with the tragic death of a 19-year-old woman.
According to police, the accused P. Jagadeesh (22) allegedly subjected the victim to continuous mental harassment, abuse, and intimidation, leading to severe emotional distress. Acting promptly on the case, police initiated an investigation and apprehended the accused under relevant legal provisions.
During the course of the investigation, officials collected crucial digital evidence, including social media chats, which supported the allegations. The accused’s mobile phone has been seized, and further analysis is underway.
Police stated that timely action and evidence-based investigation played a key role in the swift arrest. The case highlights the department’s commitment to addressing crimes against women and ensuring justice through prompt legal action.
