Chennai: The Adambakkam Police arrested a man for selling small packets of ganja on the morning of 16 January. A Police patrol team passing through 6th Street at Dr. Ambedkar Nagar in Adambakkam found man in the act. 600 grams of contraband were recovered from him. Police identified him as ‘Savukuruvi’ alias Ramesh (34), a resident of Madha Koil Street, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Adambakkam. He was a notified history-sheeter under Adambakkam Police limits and was detained under the Goondas Act in 2014, Police said.]]>
