Chittoor: The Darbar Parade was organized at Chittoor Police Parade Ground by BD Team, Dog Squad and Home Guard personnel. The SP, who was the chief guest at the Durbar Parade, was greeted by the police and had a special meeting with them. Special party mob operation, BD Team Demo, Dog Squad Demo were performed on this occasion.
The SP presented jungle shoes and uniforms to the STF staff. During the meeting the SP inquired into the details of the staff welfare and various problems they were facing in the management of the job and directed them to submit a report on the issues raised by the staff during the court and the issues raised in terms of welfare.
On this occasion, the SP said that the job management of the AR staff was difficult. It was suggested that the escorts, manpower, and gunman job they were managing should be handled with care, without any negligence, and therefore exercise appropriately to stay physically and mentally fit. He also said that the AR police personnel in particular should be nicknamed for discipline and job management should be done well without allowing any bad behavior. Similarly, Grievance Day is organized every Tuesday through a zoom video conference for the police personnel. He emphasized that it was his duty not only to ensure that the police perform their duties properly but also to look after the welfare of the staff.
District SP along with Additional SP Mr. P Jagadish, IPS, DSP AR Mr. Lakshminarayana Reddy, SB DSP Mr. Srinivasa Reddy, RIs Mr. Neelakanteshwara Reddy, Mr. Madhu, Mr. Muralidhar, RSI Luma and AR staff participated in the program.
