Nagapattinam: The District Superintendent of Police conducted an annual inspection at Valivalam Police Station, where he reviewed the station’s records. He assessed the major cases currently under investigation, issuing directives for the immediate arrest of unapprehended suspects. The SP also scrutinized unfiled cases, visited the court to meet with relevant individuals, and instructed the Inspector of Police to file these cases promptly. Additionally, he reviewed cases under court investigation, directing the police inspector to arrest and produce the accused in court swiftly and to expedite the court investigations.
He emphasized the need for daytime patrols in the morning and evening, advising patrollers to frequent crowded areas to prevent law and order issues and to monitor individuals involved in illegal activities. The SP instructed the police personnel to remain vigilant to prevent any illegal actions.
