Chennai: Rajesh, a 40-year-old male, and the son of Sundarraj, was apprehended at his residence located at No. 8/642, Paari Nagar 4th street, Nandhambakkam, Kundarthur, Chennai – 69. This arrest was carried out by the diligent efforts of law enforcement officials from S1 St. Thomas Police Station.
Upon investigation, authorities discovered and seized a substantial quantity of contraband, totaling 280 kilograms of Gutka and Hans, along with a Maruthi Swift car and a sum of Rs.25,000 in cash. The meticulous work of the officers involved in this operation led to the successful interception and confiscation of these illicit items.
Following his apprehension, Rajesh was promptly remanded into custody. This legal action was executed under the supervision and direction of Mr. Chellappa, a seasoned Crime Inspector stationed at S.1 St. Thomas Mount.
