South Goa: Under the leadership of PI Collem, the South District law enforcement team successfully apprehended the accused individuals, namely Ramesh Talwara, Shivam Bahadur, and Chandrakant Bhagyawant. They stand charged with the grievous crime of taking the life of Philip Kispotta. The tragic discovery of Kispotta’s deceased, unclothed body was made in the dense underbrush located behind the Collem Railway Station.
