Kollam Rural, Kerala: As part of National Road Safety Month–2026, the Kottarakkara Traffic Enforcement Wing conducted a road safety awareness programme for auto taxi drivers in Kottarakkara. The session was led by Traffic Sub-Inspector Mr. Najeem and Civil Police Officer Mr. Aju.
During the programme, drivers were educated on the importance of strict adherence to traffic rules, safe and responsible driving practices, and essential precautions to prevent road accidents. The officers emphasized that disciplined driving and awareness can significantly reduce accidents and ensure the safety of both drivers and the public.
