Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu: The Tamil Nadu Police Day was celebrated with pride at the Avadi Police Commissionerate under the leadership of Commissioner of Police Mr. K. Shankar, IPS, in the presence of Additional Commissioner of Police Mrs. K. Bhavaneeswari, IPS.
During the function, the Commissioner honoured police officers and personnel from the Law & Order, Crime, All Women Police Stations, and Intelligence Branch for their outstanding service. Special recognition was given to the Traffic Branch team, which achieved a remarkable 35% reduction in road accidents compared to the previous year.
The event highlighted the commitment, discipline, and dedication of Avadi Police in ensuring public safety and building community trust.
