Ranipet: On the directive of District Superintendent of Police, Ranipet, Ms. D.V. Kiran Shruti, IPS, all police officers and personnel in the district conducted an awareness program on August 9, 2024. The program focused on preventing sexual crimes against women and children in schools within their respective jurisdictions. During the event, pamphlets were distributed on crime prevention, drug abuse, traffic awareness, and the helpline numbers 181 for women and 1098 for children.
