Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada: On the orders of Commissioner of Police S.V. Raja Shekhara Babu IPS, Crime DCP Mr. K. Thirumaleshwara Reddy IPS and Crime ADCP Mr. M. Raja Rao held an initiative to curb house thefts. Under the supervision of ACP West and the guidance of A. Durga Rao, a meeting was conducted with residents of Siddi Apartment in HB Colony, Swathi Road, within the Bhavanipuram Police Station area in Krishna District. An awareness program was organized to educate residents on common methods of theft and the precautions needed to prevent such crimes.
Additionally, Traffic Inspector U. arranged a meeting with auto drivers in the IV traffic division, providing counsel on adhering to traffic rules. The drivers were advised to wear uniforms, carry necessary documents, and present them upon request by traffic officials. Inspector Rama Rao and the staff also participated in this initiative.
