Bageshwar: According to the orders of Superintendent of Police, Bageshwar, all the station in-charges have been directed for 100% service/arrest of warrants/criminals.
In this sequence on 13.6.2022 in Naikana Khumtiya, Kalrau Baigaon, Hadbad, Chhauna village of Revenue Sub-Inspector area in case of theft of 13 numbers of solar light battery and other iron material, an FIR under Section 379 IPC was registered by Tehsil Garud district Bageshwar against the accused Kundan Ram son of Mr. Keshar Ram village head Naikana Khumtia.
Constant surveillance by the team of Kotwali Police and SOG Bageshwar and while conducting the investigation and with the help of CCTV installed under the police station area it was found that the accused were Akbar Hussain(45) son of Akhtar Hussain resident near Ara Machine, Nainital; Farman Khan(27) son of Osman Ali resident Kakarkheda, Dilari Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh); Maun Salman (22) resident of Dilshad and was arrested near the bridge with 9 batteries in the pickup vehicle bearing registration number UK04CA-0571.
The police team involved in the arrest of the accused is Mr. Lokesh Rawat, Mr. Narendra Giri, Mr. Mahendra Singh Jeena, Mr. Santosh Rathore SOG. Bageshwar, and Cantonment Mr. Rajendra Prasad SOG Bageshwar.
