Bengaluru: As the police investigated into a recent chain-snatching case, they arrested two persons who were habitual offenders. They committed the crime to feed their drug addiction. The name of the victim is Ms. Suman and her chain was snatched in Chandra Layout on April 23. On a complaint filed by the victim, the police made an investigation and arrested two persons who were identified as Mohammed Mudasir aged 20, and Mohammed Rizwan aged 20, both being residents of Bapujinagar. The two accused would allegedly steal bikes and with the stolen bikes would snatch gold chains from women travelling alone. The recovery made by police from the accused are 133g of gold jewellery worth Rs.4.5 lakh. ]]>
